It all started back in 1977 when Russell Bloomfield (1907-2007) founded Artistic Cake Design Centre Inc on Preston St in Ottawa. His son Brian Bloomfield has continued in his father's footsteps, providing high quality cakes, merchandise and service to the greater Ottawa area.
I was looking for a special cake for my son’s first birthday and found a website with instructions and tools to create a cake that would reflect his personality.
